Job Description
Large optical distributor of frames and accessories is hiring for a warehouse order picker for their backend operations. Candidates with previous experience with inventory, cycle counts, order picking and order processing are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities
- Pick customer orders accurately using pick tickets, RF scanners, or warehouse management systems.
- Verify product numbers, quantities, and order accuracy before packing.
- Pack orders securely to prevent damage during shipment.
- Label packages and prepare shipments according to company procedures.
- Replenish inventory in picking locations as needed.
- Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
- Report inventory discrepancies, damaged merchandise, or equipment issues to supervisors.
- Follow all company safety policies and warehouse procedures.
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory control activities as assigned.
- Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals.
