Salary: $115,000 - 135,000 per year Requirements:

• 4+ years of website development and management experience.
• Experience with HubSpot CMS, including HubL, HubDB, APIs, custom integrations, and website optimization.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, demand generation, or digital marketing environments is preferred.
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining websites in HubSpot CMS; WordPress experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, responsive web development, and modern front-end best practices.
• Experience managing multi-site web environments and global website operations.
• Knowledge of SEO, AEO, GEO, website performance optimization, and conversion rate optimization.
• Experience with HubSpot Analytics, Google Analytics, A/B testing, and digital performance reporting.
• Understanding of UX/UI design principles and web accessibility standards.
• Project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Develop our global corporate website and seven regional websites in alignment with our brand and business objectives.
• Manage web content updates, new page development, and quality assurance testing.
• Create and optimize campaign landing pages using HubSpot CMS.
• Recommend improvements to SEO and AEO, lead capture forms, and conversion workflows.
• Maintain and improve our HubSpot CMS and website platform to support performance, scalability, and usability.
• Analyze website data using HubSpot and other tools to identify traffic trends and conversion opportunities.
• Evaluate traffic sources to guide our strategy and channel investments.
• Design, test, and launch A/B experiments in HubSpot to improve user experience and conversion rates.
• Coordinate global and regional content publishing to maintain consistent messaging and timely updates.
• Partner with marketing leadership and other stakeholders to translate business needs into an effective digital experience and manage ongoing website development.
