Welder / Fabricator – Full‑Time (On‑Site)

Are you an experienced Welder or Fabricator looking for a stable, hands‑on position in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment? We are seeking a motivated Welder / Fabricator to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities (Including but not limited to):

• Set up and adjust welding equipment for MIG welding on various metal parts and subassemblies.
• Perform MIG welding operations using blueprint weld symbols and detailed work instructions.
• Move and position weldments manually and with overhead cranes; secure workpieces in welding fixtures or on welding tables.
• Prepare metal surfaces for welding, including grinding, deburring, cleaning, and verifying accuracy of pre‑assembled components using blueprints.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment while following all safety standards.

Required Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of welding experience (MIG welding preferred).
• Welder or Fabricator experience: 1 year (preferred).
• Experience using grinders, cutting tools, and deburring equipment.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and fabrication layouts.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• Proficiency with basic MIG welding techniques and metal fabrication processes.
• Ability to safely operate hand tools, grinders, cutting tools, and fabrication equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions accurately.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work on-site daily.
