Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are eager to develop their project management skills and contribute to the successful execution of projects across various departments.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist project managers in developing and maintaining project plans and schedules.
  • Coordinate project activities and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  • Facilitate communication between project team members, stakeholders, and vendors.
  • Track project progress and update status reports regularly.
  • Organize and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
  • Maintain project documentation and ensure records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Identify potential risks and issues, escalating them to the project manager as necessary.

Qualifications



Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when needed.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
