American Roof Warriors is different, our operations staff support aide's sales reps every step of the job process, giving inside Sales Representatives  more time  in their day to sell NOT manage projects. Stop waiting to get paid your hard-earned commissions months later. We pay out commissions on payments collected off the gross, NOT net profit. 

Compensation & Benefits for Outside Sales Representative:

• Performance based pay (Activity-based)
• Uncapped Commission on approved sales
• $60,000 - $270,000 year (Expected annual earnings)

Responsibilities for Inside Sales Representative

• Call, text, and email company-provided leads
• Introduce homeowners to our process and build instant trust
• Set appointments for inspections and adjuster meetings
• Keep CRM updated with notes, calls, and follow-ups
• Guide homeowners through paperwork and next steps
• Write estimates for new incoming leads
• Answer inbound calls and respond to online inquiries
• Support outside sales reps and keep files moving forward
• Educate homeowners on products and company process
• Hit daily/weekly goals for calls, appointments, and conversions
• Deliver top-notch customer service every step of the way

Qualifications for Outside Sales Representative:

• 2+ years sales experience preferred, not required
• Proficient phone calling skills
• Persistent follow up skills
• Strong communication and people skills
• Self-motivated and goal-driven
• Ability to use Google apps & Microsoft Office
• CRM experience is a plus
• Basic computer and smartphone skills
• Must be 21+ for insurance purposes
• Previous experience in roofing & restoration industry (preferred)
