Pay: $25.50 per hour

Schedule: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM, with Night Audit coverage as needed

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable, professional, and guest-focused Front Desk Supervisor to join our DoubleTree by Hilton Las Vegas Airport team.

The Front Desk Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily front desk operations, supporting front desk employees, resolving guest concerns, and ensuring the highest standards of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and guest requests.
• Coach, train, and support front desk employees.
• Resolve guest complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management.
• Maintain hotel policies, operational procedures, and Hilton brand standards.
• Monitor room availability and assist with service recovery.
• Support staffing needs and cover Night Audit shifts when necessary.
• Maintain a welcoming and professional environment for guests and employees.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel front desk or hospitality experience preferred.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Ability to handle challenging guest situations professionally.
• Familiarity with hotel property management systems is a plus.
• Flexibility to work Night Audit shifts when needed.

Our Interview Process

Selected applicants will be invited to complete a one-way recorded video interview consisting of 10 questions covering hospitality experience, guest service, leadership, and problem-solving.

All completed interviews will be personally reviewed by the West Way Hospitality management team. Candidates selected to advance will be contacted regarding an in-person interview.
