What You’ll Do
Provide fast, friendly support via tickets, phone, chat, and in person
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and user issues with minimal downtime
Set up and maintain workstations, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
Install and update applications and systems
Manage user accounts and password resets
Support and maintain the phone system
What You Bring3+ years of IT support or related experience
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Experience with Windows and Microsoft Office
Clear communication and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Bonus: SQL, server, or Linux experience
