• Perform routine assembly of medical devices and components.
• Follow written work instructions, SOPs, and manufacturing procedures.
• Maintain accurate production and quality documentation.
• Inspect parts and ensure products meet quality standards.
• Perform basic troubleshooting during the assembly process.
• Support Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Follow all safety policies and quality system requirements.
• Perform basic preventive maintenance on equipment as needed.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Handle small parts and components with precision.

Required Qualifications

• Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use electronic documentation systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good hand dexterity to assemble small components.

• 6+ months of manufacturing, assembly, or medical device production experience.
• Experience working in a regulated environment (medical device, pharmaceutical, or similar).
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
