Salary: $123,000 - 163,000 per year Requirements:

• Preferred UX Writing Certification; strong portfolio or samples of UX writing required
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in User Experience Writing or Content Design
• Over 4 years of expertise in SEO, AP Style, and Style Guide adherence
• Experience collaborating with design teams and subject matter experts to create user-centric experiences
• Capacity to craft clear, concise, and conversational content for digital interfaces
• Strong grasp of aligning content with business objectives and accessibility standards
• Ability to operate efficiently in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities with a keen eye for detail
• Highly organized, adept at balancing multiple projects and competing priorities
• Ability to effectively integrate constructive feedback and adjust quickly

• Write, review, and edit digital content for usaa.com, emphasizing clarity, consistency, accuracy, and usability
• Develop content for web pages, applications, and quote flows using engaging and straightforward language
• Ensure that content complies with brand standards, accessibility best practices, SEO recommendations, and style guidelines
• Conduct thorough editorial reviews for logic, flow, grammar, spelling, and formatting within tight deadlines
• Interpret and analyze business requirements to convert complex information into user-friendly content
• Work in close collaboration with subject matter experts, designers, product partners, and stakeholders
• Oversee and facilitate editorial workflows utilizing available systems and tools
• Incorporate feedback effectively and modify writing style as necessary
• Deliver assignments promptly, often within 1-3 days, depending on the complexity
