MANAGER NOTES

Need a True Product Owner, they will be building and developing a mobile app. Need someone with the personality who can talk to clinicians. They will be presenting to C Suite, so presentation is key too! Communication.

Product Owner

1. Strong product owner with these 3 things: Mobile Apps, Strong Communication / Customer Service skills and Presentation skills.
2. Collaborates with stakeholders to understand and define user needs and business goals.
3. Translates business needs into clear and actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
4. Supports Product leaders in backlog refinement and prioritization.
5. Facilitates workshops, interviews, and collaborative discovery sessions.
6. Works closely with development teams to ensure shared understanding of user stories and desired outcomes.
7. Participates in agile ceremonies and contribute to team alignment.
8. Supports testing efforts by reviewing test cases and validating outcomes.
9. Tracks and reports progress on user stories and deliverables.
10. Contributes to process improvement initiatives using agile and Lean practices.
11. Supports agile, waterfall, and hybrid delivery models as needed.
12. Healthcare background is a plus (but not required).
