Johnson & Johnson seeks a Sales Associate for its DePuy Synthes Trauma division in Cleveland, Ohio. The role involves supporting surgeon relationships, managing cases in operating rooms, and driving sales objectives for orthopaedic trauma products across a geographic territory.

Responsibilities

• Support surgeon relationships and assist in case coverage while achieving sales goals and market share objectives
• Guide surgeons in operating room through clinical product knowledge and ensure proper equipment utilization
• Attend surgeries to verify equipment availability, optimize trays, and consult with OR and sterile processing departments
• Handle customer requests, manage hospital billing, troubleshoot technical issues, and process purchase orders
• Track and deploy equipment assets across territory; share customer and market insights with internal teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, or Associate degree/medical certification (CST, PT, etc.) plus 2+ years experience
• Minimum 4 years professional/related experience, or recently transitioned from Active Military Duty
• Valid US driver's license and ability to travel including weekends and overnight stays
• Willingness to relocate to Cleveland, OH territory
• Strong interpersonal communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in operating room and lab environments
• Technical knowledge of surgical instruments, procedures, and protocols preferred
