Minimum Salary: $14.50 - $18.28 per hour, depending on experience

Description :
Seasonal maintenance worker supports Camp Rapid's operation readiness by performing general upkeep, groundskeeping, and minor repair tasks.

General Requirements :
Perform landscaping duties including mowing, trimming, brush removal as well as general facility upkeep. Including minor repairs, painting and general preventative maintenance on various building systems.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :

Knowledge of:

• safety regulations and basic hazardous material handling (e.g. fuel, paint, solvents);
• basic understanding of groundskeeping, landscaping and general facility upkeep procedures;
• proper use and maintenance or standard hand tools, power tools and light machinery.

Skills:

• safely operate ground maintenance equipment, including zero turn mowers, weed trimmers and utility vehicles (UTV).

Abilities:

• perform manual labor;
• lift up to 50 pounds;
• work outdoors for extended periods in varying weather conditions.
