As the Sr. Compensation Analyst you will support the administration and evolution of OpenTables global compensation programs and philosophy. Working closely with the Sr. Manager of Compensation you will play a key role in ensuring our pay for performance culture and processes are rigorous and market-aligned. This is an opportunity to contribute to a global team helping us maintain competitive programs that support our mission to serve restaurants so they can serve the world.

There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range including but not limited to external market benchmark data geographic location and years of experience sought/required. The range for this United States located role is $120000-$140000.

This role is eligible to be considered for an annual bonus.
